Milk & Honey Tours, founded in 2002, is a Berlin-based Jewish owned and operated tour company specializing in the old and new faces of Jewish Europe. Recipe competition:Pessach is coming!

Take out your apples and nuts, cinnamon and sweet wine and be part of the first ever Milk & Honey Tours recipe competition!
We at Milk & Honey Tours together with our partner kosher caterer Baums Buffets would like to celebrate the Passover season by asking you to send us your BEST charoset recipe. Do you use an age-old recipe past through the generations? Is it one you picked up while visiting relatives abroad? Do you use honey or sugar? Raisins or figs? Chopped almonds? Pomegranates? What part of world does your recipe come from? And...how tasty is it?! We'll decide that!

  Send  us  your  recipe  and the story behind it to info@milkandhoneytours.com with the subject Line "Charoset Recipe". The winner will receive 2 free overnights for two persons in a 4 star hotel in Berlin, a free 3 hour walking tour of Jewish Berlin and two lunch packages from Baums Buffets. The second and the third place will win a 3 hour free tour of a Milk & Honey Tours destination of your choice.
All recipes must be submitted by April 25th. We will have the recipes made and tested by Gaby Baum from Baums Buffets and staff. The results will be announced by: May 2nd.
